The Dublin High School Music Programs are under the direction of Melissa Williams (Instrumental Music) and Adam Serpa (Choral Music). We offer a comprehensive music program which includes the Irish Guard Marching Band and Color Guard, Jazz Band, String Orchestra, Orchestra, Concert Band, Wind Ensemble, Percussion, Winter Guard, Advanced Choir, Chamber Ensemble, Concert Choir and Show Choir.
For over 20 years, the DHS Music Program has offered students the opportunity to perform and compete, including band reviews, field show competitions, home football games, choral festivals, concerts and community events. Our students have performed in many diverse locations including Hawaii, Disney World, Canada, Carnegie Hall, Chicago Music Festival. In March, 2016 we went to Dublin and Bray Ireland, and we are planning a trip to New York City in March of 2018.

PARTICIPANT DONATIONS TO THE MUSIC BOOSTERS: It takes a tremendous amount of money to support a music program as outstanding as the Irish Guard. Contributions are used to pay for music, uniforms, instructors, competition fees, travel costs and much more. Without these contributions our programs would not be a success. As such, we rely on cash contributions from our students' families. These contributions are a significant part of our fundraising budget each year. Have you made your contribution? For fee structure by participation click here.
Contributions are accepted via cash, check and credit card. To pay by cash or check, download the 2017-18 Music Booster's donation form here and bring it with you to fall check-in. Checks should be made payable to DHS Music Boosters.
